Homer Bailey got his second MVP of Yesterday of the year yesterday after an impressive 8.1 IP outing where he gave up no earned runs and struck out seven in the Reds’ 4-1 win over the Padres.

Williams Perez of the Rome Braves had the night of a lifetime last night, holding off the great Alex Rodriguez, getting him to ground into a double play and then later striking him out!
Just kidding, it’s Homer Bailey, who threw his second no-hitter and the first since… he did it last year on September 28. I mean, if you throw a no-hitter, you basically HAVE to be the MVP of Yesterday.
